My Heart, My Life program and support resources

Learn how the Heart Foundation can support you and your loved ones.

If you have recently experienced a heart attack or angina episode, you can register for the FREE My Heart, My Life program. Your family and friends are also encouraged to register. 

The program offers free access to print and digital resources, along with email and text support. It is here to help you:

  • understand more about your heart condition  
  • know how to look after your health when you leave hospital 
  • reduce your risk of further heart problems.
