Cardiac rehabilitation helps your recovery after a heart procedure or the diagnosis of a heart condition. It also helps lower your chances of having heart problems in the future.
Cardiac rehabilitation programs include support, exercise and education that’s personalised to strengthen your heart. It helps you make long-term lifestyle changes so you can live a longer, healthier life.
The directory also has a list of Heart Failure programs where available, for specialist support.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic some cardiac rehabilitation services are not available or operating differently. Please keep that in mind when searching for your local program
